Packets are sent by registered priority air mail.
Packets are declared as 'gift' in order to reduce the customs fees at arrival.
Your order will be shipped directly to your shipping address.
Generally, orders will be processed within 5 working days after the receipt of payment. A delay may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or in the event of our absence from Reunion.
In the event of our absence from Reunion, we will despatch orders immediately on our return and in order of receipt.
After processing, delivery to most countries via priority airmail takes on average 10 - 15 days. This is subject to no unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delays for delivery are possible during the Christmas season.
In case of return to sender (us) by postal services due to incomplete or unknown address or unclaimed parcel, you agree to bear at least the costs of packing and postage and, if included, of the phytosanitary certificate.
Shipping insurance is not possible therefore, mishaps or loss during shipping is at the buyer's risk.
We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to plants or seeds during shipment. This includes adverse climatic conditions, rough handling, or loss of packages. It is advised to avoid to order plants during cold period under temperate climates.
Orders of seeds only are sent in a padded envelope.
All orders are packed as well as possible to prevent damage during shipping.
Plants are packed without soil.
Depending on plant type, the root system is packaged and humidified if necessary.
Leaves are reduced in order to avoid asphyxiation of plants during shipping and to ensure a faster regrowth after transplantation.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to understand and obey all laws which apply to the possession and cultivation of any items listed on our site. Please consult local, national and international laws (including laws specifically applied to your country) before placing an order. Le Jardin Naturel will not assume any responsibility if customs or similar agencies confiscate seeds or plants. The risk of shipping falls on the customer as these products are only intended for export to countries where their cultivation is not restricted.
Since plants are non-electronic or mechanical living things, there is absolutely no guarantee that they will (plants or seeds) grow back after receiving them, for the simple reason that it will depend on the growing conditions that are out of our control. Before placing your order, please read carefully this page: 'Are the seeds fresh and is there any guarantee on this?'. So, by placing your order, you hereby accept that we can not be held responsible for poor results after receipt.
Phytosanitary certificate
Please note that we do not add a phytosanitary certificate with the order.
If you need a phytosanitary certificate, it must be ordered during the process of your order (during the same internet session) from this page.
We do not provide a Cites certificate (annex 1 and annex 2). Thus, the importation of these species in your country is under your entire responsibility. In the event of interception by your customs authorities, we cannot be held responsible, and no refund can be accepted.
Important: As indicated above within this page, it is your sole responsibility to understand and obey all laws of your country. Therefore, by accepting our terms of sale, you hereby agree, if the packet is intercepted by your customs due to the lack of phytosanitary certificate, to waive any claim for reimbursement of payment of your order.
Be informed that our plants are artificially grown from our own seeds or cuttings from our mother plants, and they are in any case not collected in the habitat.
