IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE
- The establishment of a phytosanitary certificate takes us at least half a day of round trip, and first of all we must take an appointment with the Inspection Authorities.
Therefore:
The phytosanitary certificate must be ordered online during the order process (during the same session).
- Please allow 10 days to process your order as various requirements such as phytosanitary certificate requires setting an appointment at the convenience of the Phytosanitary Inspection Team, which is also approximately 35 km from our location. They are not always able to see us right away and it may be a few days before we can get them to inspect your plants.
Also, your plants must be selected, then cleaned, treated, and packaged for shipping.
Please be patient as we like to do things right the first time to avoid problems later on.
Important! If your order contains species listed on the Cites list (annex 1 and annex 2), for example Pachypodiums: these species will be indicated on the phytosanitary certificate, but we do not provide a Cites certificate (annex 1 and annex 2). Thus, the importation of these species in your country is under your entire responsibility. In the event of interception by your customs authorities, we cannot be held responsible, and no refund can be accepted.
