By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions of sale set forth on this page.

You agree not to hold us responsible for poor germination rates, unsuccessful propagation, plant decline, or any other unsatisfactory results after receipt of seeds or plants.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with all import regulations and entry requirements of their country. No refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided if any part of the shipment is seized, destroyed, delayed, or otherwise disposed of by customs authorities or any governmental agency due to non-compliance with applicable import laws, regulations, or entry requirements.

We are no longer able to estimate a delivery time. Consequently, by placing your order, you agree:
- In the event of delay in delivery, to accept the consequences regarding the status of the content of your order.
- In the event of return to the sender (us) by the postal services, to bear at least the loss of the costs of packing and sending and - if concerned - of the phytosanitary certificate that you have paid with your order.

Shipping insurance is not possible; therefore, mishaps or loss during shipping are at the buyer's risk.

The minimum order does not include shipping and handling costs.

Heights of plants are approximations only.

Packets are sent by registered postal priority air mail.

Packets are declared as 'gift' in order to reduce the customs fees at arrival.

Your order will be shipped directly to your address.

Orders are generally processed within 72 hours (3 working days) after receiving the order unless an unforeseen event occurs or in the event of absence.

In the event of absence we proceed to shipping as soon as coming back and in registration order.

Once processed, shipping via priority airmail takes approximately 10 to 15 days to reach most countries unless an unforeseen event occurs.

We cannot be held responsible for abnormal shipping delays or damages to the plants due to delays, climatic conditions, clumsy manipulation during delivery or lost packets.

In case of return to sender (us) by postal services due to incomplete or unknown address or unclaimed parcel, you agree to bear at least the costs of packing and postage and the cost of the phytosanitary certificate if included in your order.

Plants are sent in an "inconspicuous" package as a "gift"

Orders of seeds only are sent in a padded envelope.

All orders are packed as well as possible to prevent damage during shipping.

Plants are packed bare roots and not leaves.

Depending on plant type, the root system is packed and humidified if necessary.

Leaves are reduced in order to avoid asphyxiation of plants during shipping and to insure a faster renewal after transplantation.

Since plants are non-electronic or mechanical living things, there is absolutely no guarantee that they will (plants or seeds) grow back after receiving them, for the simple reason that it will depend on the growing conditions that are out of our control. Please read carefully this page: 'are the seeds fresh and is there any guarantee on this?' before placing your order. So, by placing your order, you accept that we can not be held responsible for poor results after receipt.

Phytosanitary certificate
Please note that we do not add a phytosanitary certificate with the order.
If you need a phytosanitary certificate, it must be ordered during the process of your order (during the same internet session) from this page.

Important: As indicated above within this page, it is your sole responsibility to understand and obey all laws of your country. Therefore, by accepting our terms of sale, you hereby agree, if the packet is intercepted by your customs due to the lack of phytosanitary certificate, to waive any claim for reimbursement of payment of your order.
